Orders and prices

Prices are in USD. You see the full price, including shipping, before you pay. We email you when we receive your order and again when it ships.

If an item turns out to be unavailable, or was shown at an obviously wrong price, we'll tell you and refund it in full before it ships.

Products

Our photos show the real products. Colours can look a little different on different screens, and handmade and natural materials (bamboo, clay, wood) vary slightly from piece to piece.

Shipping and returns

How we ship, how long it takes, and how returns and refunds work are set out in our shipping policy and our returns policy, which are part of these terms.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility we have under the law that can't be limited, including your consumer rights. Otherwise, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
