How do I take the fingerprint?
Press the fingertip on an ink pad (or rub it with a soft pencil), roll it once on white paper, then photograph the print straight on in good light.
Can it be the fingerprint of someone who has passed away?
Yes. A print taken by a funeral home or an older ink print works too, as long as the lines are clear in the photo.
What is it made of?
Titanium steel; the gold and rose-gold finishes are plated.
What finish options are there?
Silver, Gold, Rose gold.
What's the character limit for "Name or word"?
Up to 12 characters. You type it on this page before adding it to your cart.
How do I send my photo?
After checkout, you upload it on your order page. We start making your piece once it's in.
How long does delivery take?
We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 2–4 business days, then delivery takes United States: 5–11 business days; Canada: 4–7 business days; United Kingdom: 4–9 business days; Australia: 4–8 business days; Germany: 4–9 business days. Every order is tracked.
How much is shipping?

Can I return it?
